Important issues are timely. This month, the Union’s Youth Council and Let’s do it Ukraine are organising an educational webinar to mark World Environment Day. The announcement will be made soon.
The joint activities are carried out within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation with the All-Ukrainian Youth Movement ‘Let’s do it Ukraine’ signed at the meeting of the Youth Council of the trade union on 16 February 2024. Such seminars, trainings and other outreach activities are primarily aimed at raising public awareness of volunteering, the environment and proper waste management.
The signing of the memorandum is a continuation of the cooperation between the two youth organisations. By the way, last September at the First All-Ukrainian Youth Environmental Forum, Yulia Markhel, President of Let’s Do It Ukraine, expressed her gratitude to the Youth Council of the trade union for supporting the World Cleanup Day initiative.
