It is symbolic that on Labour Day, Oleksiy Semerun’, Chairman of the Trade Union of Railway and Transport Builders of Ukraine, and Dmytro Novytskyi, Director of the Kyiv City Employment Centre, signed a Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation.
The document provides for an opportunity for employees to undergo professional training, retraining or improve their qualifications.
An effective way to do this is to obtain a Voucher.
A voucher is a document of a standard form that entitles a person, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Employment of the Population’, to training in another speciality, training at the next level of education, specialisation, or advanced training in educational institutions or with an employer.
The State Employment Centre has explained who can receive education vouchers and under what conditions.
A voucher for education may be issued for certain professions and specialities for studying in educational institutions that have the right to operate at the levels of higher, professional pre-higher and vocational (vocational-technical) education.
