On 13 November, Oleksii Semerun, Chairman of the Federation of Transport Workers‘ Trade Unions of Ukraine (FTTU), leader of the Trade Union of Railway and Transport Builders of Ukraine, and Oleh Hryhoryuk, First Deputy Chairman of the FTTU, Chairman of the Marine Transport Workers’ Trade Union of Ukraine (MTWTU), met with Timur Tkachenko, Deputy Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine. They discussed priority areas of work and common challenges.
‘I am grateful to my colleagues for their constructive and clear position on the issue of protecting the rights of transport workers. Interaction with trade unions is extremely important to ensure a balance of interests and develop effective solutions that take into account the needs of employees and the industry as a whole.
