Financial assistance for medical and other purposes (payment type code 709) has been restored to pensioners and their family members. The Instruction of the Department of Personnel Management and Social Policy dated 22.08.2024 TsCUP-14/1287 was sent to the heads of structural units of the management apparatus, regional branches and branches, which are entitled to provide appropriate financial assistance to reimburse expenses for medical and other purposes.
Please note that in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors dated 20.06.2022 No. Ts-54/58 Kom.t., the payment of financial assistance is provided exclusively for the treatment of non-working railway pensioners, taking into account the criticality and complexity of the case.
In addition, we would like to inform you that non-working railway pensioners can also apply to the heads of primary trade union organizations (structural/production units at their last place of work at the railway) for targeted financial assistance for medical care for full or partial reimbursement of treatment, examination, rehabilitation, etc. in accordance with the Procedure approved by the resolution of the Presidium of the Trade Union Council of 14.12.2023, approved by the Resolution No. pr-43.
