About us

On January 23, 1992, the history of the Trade Union of Railway and Transport Builders in independent Ukraine began. Together with our state, the trade union has been overcoming the challenges of time, gaining new experience, developing and changing.

During this time, the trade union has proven to be a powerful force in defending the social and labor interests of employees, a full-fledged party to social dialogue, and an authoritative member of the Ukrainian and international trade union movement. This is recognized by our partners in collective bargaining, our colleagues from European and global trade union organizations, and the government.

Time is driving us to change and search for new ways of working. But the goal of the union has remained unchanged for decades: to be a reliable shield for our members. This is the goal of all trade union organizations, which are united in defending social justice in labor relations.

From year to year, the trade union improves its work, engages young leaders, activists and union members, confirming the unchanging slogan: “Our strength is in unity!”
